In June of 2014, Access Surveyors mobilized to the IFCo Project in Wever, Iowa. At the peak of construction in the estimated ±1.9 Billion dollar facility, Access Surveyors had 9 two-man survey crews, 2 Survey Managers, 1 Survey Technician and 1 Field Representative on-site. Our 2-man survey crews assisted in construction efforts 6-7 days per week on a regular basis. A brief summary of our scope of work is listed below.
- ±25 Multi-level Pipe Racks, sleeper racks and countless pipe supports
- Installation of nearly 5,000 anchor bolts
- Ammonia, Desulfurization, Purification and Compressor Units
- 20,000+ yards of concrete involving footers, pedestals, platforms and foundations

- Urea Granulation, Urea Synthesis and Nitric Acid Units
- Final Equipment sets for: Diesel Generators, Power Generators, Steam Turbines, ect. Vent and Flare Unit coupled with a Natural Gas Letdown Unit
